At Jett Gadgets, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details, and we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at [email protected] to start the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
